Shane and Maisie McBagley, the husband-and-wife team behind McBagleyBBQ are teaming up with Big Nath & Kins to bring a burst of fire, flavour, and fun to this Mexican street-food course.

ABOUT SHANE AND MAISIE 
Shane grew up in Southern California, surrounded by taco trucks, sizzling carne asada, and late-night burrito joints. That early love of Mexican street food still shapes how he cooks today. After years in pro kitchens, cooking at sea, and feeding crowds at festivals across the UK, he’s now known for bold flavours, laid-back cooking, and a good story or two.
Maisie is the co-chef and calm in the chaos   flavour-checker, organiser, and the one who quietly makes sure everything tastes incredible and hits the table just right.
Together, they’ve cooked everywhere from intimate pop-ups, tallships to huge festivals and even placed 3rd in the Live Fire category at the World Food Championships.
Now they’re joining forces with Big Nath & Kins to share the food they love most: smoky meats, bright salsas, proper tortillas, and the joyful messiness of true Mexican street eating
