What to expect?

A relaxed environment, great hospitality, an informative evening and lots to eat!!

Arrive at Big Nath’s BBQ HQ for 5.30pm, for prompt start at 6pm.

Time: 3-4 hours

*About us and housekeeping.

*An introduction to the sustainable fuels and BBQ kit we’ll be using.

*Skills for grilling hot and fast dishes.

*Expect hands on dishes, where you’ll be making your own. As well as Big Nath demonstrating some dishes too – making enough for everyone to eat!

*Feast at the end, after all your hard work preparing and cooking. Sipping on some local beers and ciders.

*BBQ goody bag

*Small classes – up to 12 people, so you get intensive input!
