Join us for a relaxed environment, great hospitality, an informative day and lots to eat!! Arrive at Big Nath’s BBQ HQ for 10am, and we finish around 3pm. What To Expect *Coffee/tea with bacon roll on arrival! *About us and housekeeping. *An introduction to smoking! We’ll be using electric pellet, ceramic, wood offset, kettle and barrel smokers/BBQs. Maybe even an Asado! *Learn about what fuels to use when and their sustainability. *Pulled pork prep and serve – demo. *Spatchcock chicken – demo and then prep your own. *Pork belly burnt ends – demo and then prep your own. *Ox heart skewers - for a little snack! *BBQ sides – demo and prep. *Lunch included, with pudding! And local beers, from Bristol Beer Factory. *BBQ goody bag *Small classes – up to 12 people, so you get intensive input!
